im not going to lie im having a hard time wanting to write this letter because it was a hard week and the last thing i want to do is vent to my family. but sometimes it is good to know that someone out there cares and is praying for me. thank you for your prayers. even though this week was hard i know things will pick up eventually.
ok here is a really quick summary of why im having a hard week. we had two people with baptism dates and we put all our hearts and prayers into these people and this last week one of them bassically dropped us and the other one wants more time so she canceled the date. so this will be my fourth baptism date that has been canceled in three months. oh well, after the trial of our faith, then comes the miracle:) i really believe that.
thank you a million times over for your letters. even though i love it out here i still struggle through things and i believe it is a miracle in and of its self that when ever i need a pick me up i have a letter in the mail box with my name on it. and inside are always loving words from a wonderful, loving, suppportive family. thank you for that. well i love you all and i will write next week.
sorry i did not write last week but i ran out of time because one of my investigators (the one that dropped us yesterday) had called me. i really loved that man. it's easy to love people when you serve them with all your heart. i have confidence that he will come around but it will be on the Lords time and not mine:)
love me

I feel sad that I missed getting you an email last night, I planned on it and even opened your blog, but than the kids demanded my time, I love you Debbie, you are doing an incredible time, and it is okay to be heart broken over those two, it means you really loved them and they are lucky to have you as there missionary! And you know it is so much better if they have second thoughts now vs after making covenents and than breaking them. So time sometimes is for the best. I will pray for them. your doing great love you, Shauna
Debbie, the seeds you plant are as important as the baptism. You just continue planting seeds and the Holy Ghost will water and feed them on his time table. I also agree with Shauna that you must love them with all your heart and then and only then will your love impact them in miraculous ways.
I love you,
Craig
